MATS SYSTEMS is registered in South Australia (July 1999) at 2/2 Aldershot Rd, Lonsdale and run by myself, Mark and with some assistance from my son Shane.
I previously worked full time in the Television Industry for 23 years while running the business part time during the last 7 years of that period. I was a student of Electronic Engineering in the past and have studied and graduated with Information Technology Certification from Adelaide TAFE. I am a Registered Cabler (see here for Cabling info) holding an Open License with Structured Cable Endorsement (Lic. No. T06077) with TITAB.
Shane has graduated from Adelaide TAFE in Multimedia & Website Design and can also assist you with a personal or business website.
I ventured into IT after having some really bad dealings with a very well know computer business in Adelaide, which has since gone out of business. I knew I could do a lot better and offer customers service that should be expected and at a decent price. Many retail computer firms will sell you a system that may not meet your requirements and/or does not allow for future upgrades, that is why I converse with the customer to find a computer that will suit their needs, after all, I'm a technician, not a saleman looking for that quick commission.
I do my utmost to advise and assist customers but don't claim to know everything or even have intimate knowledge of each and every product available, however I give honest advice. I strive to be and do the best at all times and welcome your feedback, whether that be good or bad. I may not always be the cheapest but I try to keep my prices very reasonable and I will do my best to get you the best price possible for the product required and as quickly as possible anywhere in Australia.
